Saturday weight
And Sunday exercise too late

Thursday keep away from fat

Monday you can hold your bread
Tuesday, Wednesday gout in bed
Or Thursday watch your salt instead

Saturday weight

Stacked up by the pies
It's a wonderful surprise
To see the grocery two-for price
Throwing diet out in haste

Dunking down and down
