Ninjas would win. They would dress like vikings, join the hoard, then hill the original vikings while they slept.
As +Jim Hanson said, the Vikings add the ninja-y-ness to their viking collective. History shows that the Vikings enjoyed traveling and learning all over the world!

The Ninjas attempts to dress like Vikings wouldn't go over as planned, due to the fact that they: (a) they're unusually short for scandahoovians and (b) their beards are obviously fake
