I stumbled on these marketing images while roaming about the interwebs earlier. MUST HAVE BACON JAM! I'm literally salivating for a bacon jam, lettuce, and tomato sandwich!

    I've made it before, I like the idea of adding bourbon to the jam.  Perhaps whisky.  It's in the freezer.

    Ingredients purchased. Ran out of time this evening. Made two dessert cakes! Going to try and do the bacon jam tomorrow late afternoon. 🙂
