Campfire + Marshmallow

Daughter suggested we start a fire this evening and make S'mores. Step one, toast the marshmallow! My preference is golden brown and plumped up twice the size of normal. This requires using the coals, not the flames, and turning it often to avoid catching it on fire!!!
