She really had to work hard over the years to get to this point. From when she was born (early) she was always playing catch up. I'm proud of the work she's done (though I know it came begrudgingly many nights). Her mom and I don't always get along, but she did well keeping her on track academically. Living almost three hours away, it's hard for me to be involved daily to the level needed. Going to school programs always make me jealous of parents who are there with their kids in the same household.
I had one of these proud father moments yesterday myself. Not honour role (though that may happen) but a concert for the school band. Love these!!
