Nicely done… Love the textures, balances out the lack of detail. Ripe for some quotes being added to.
I would imagine you could take the TARDIS out or have it as a background image.
The only thing that frustrates me is how you have to "work" to figure out the chronological progression of the different Doctors. Aside from that, I very much want a framed print of this hanging in my home. 🙂

I'd have started from the top left with the TARDIS then had them go left to right in order all the way down.

Hmm… I suppose I could always do an obviously edited big head on each one and not worry about the angle. Basically, just chop them off at the neck and put about a 150% size G+ user head on top. Might still be fun. Or…. could put the head floating in the open space and just go for a "this is who I think best represents this Doctor" kind of thing.
