Land includes spacious underground workshop complete with latest alien technology. Germ free alien autopsy room kitchen newly tiled to cover up green alien goo. Will throw in fixer-upper UFO German concept car no charge.

    Dang! I got area/lot 52 and got none of that cool stuff! I’m so bummed. Hey, could I borrow your perpetual power grill and lasercut lawn mower? Thanks dude!

    No problem! Although I had a little nuclear spill last night, so you may not need to worry about the lawn. For that matter… might not even need the grill anymore either….. 😉
