Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam

This most awesome Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam appeared on my radar when I saw some cute advertisements for someone selling it online (http://goo.gl/5pjBx). I posted the ads and asked if anyone had a recipe for it. +Dirk Reul commented with a link to one. I finally got the time to try it out with my slicer chopper sous chef +Kristi Fahlsing and it turned out amazing.

As an added benefit, my townhouse smelled like I had a bacon flavored Glade plug-in for the next day or two. 😉

Comments are on all the pics but here is a link to the recipe:

Oh! It's soooooo good +Carrie Canup! I do suggest only making one batch at a time, though. 🙂 If for no other reason than getting to eat the end goodness quicker!

  7. Scott Cramer says:

No, I contend that you want to at least triple the recipe. Just make three individual batches at the same time!
