This installation is named "Wish" and it was masterminded by artist Jorge Rodriguez-Gerada. There are more pictures at the links and a really cool video showing the artwork from many different angles from the ground up. I marvel at the planning behind implementing an art installation of this magnitude. Truly fantastic!
