Why is Chevy Chase with Chewbacca?

Cuz he's Chevy Chase… and we're not!
For a moment there I thought it was Chevy Chase dressed as Chewbacca…now I'm sure of it!
I'm just glad there's a whole research center dedicated to studying that sound.
Do you guys know how disappointing it would be if one of these days laser guns were developed and they didn't make that pew pew pew sound? I'm getting depressed just thinking about it. 🙁
Any sensible manufacturer would add it, much in the same way that electric car manufacturers are studying sound to add these days. I'm not kidding…I've heard these guys interviewed on podcasts and NPR and they know that certain sounds are expected for certain types of cars, so they're working on that. It's a whole thing.
But it won't be the same…soon everyone will want customized laser gun sounds (like phone ringtones) and there'll be that one idiot who will get the fart noise on their laser gun and ruin it forever.
So shoot that fucker.
Problem solved.
