Saw “V for Vendetta” – and whoa. Story with social commentary, special effects action, *and* cool factor. It’ll be good on DVD but if you happen to read this, SEE IT ON THE BIG SCREEN!
“People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.”
Here are some posters and a couple shots of the character “V” – just because I’m jazzed about the film and want to post them. 😉

So, it’s like better than that Punisher piece they put out twice with poor results? It was better than Spawn of thankfully no sequels? I might see it then. Thanks!
On a scale of 1 to 10, Punisher falls in the “1” range. Spawn – well I liked some of that one – but compared to this movie, I’ll give it about a “5”. I’ll give this one a “9” because I think they had to cut some parts out to keep it at a reasonable length and a few parts of the story got rushed – for me, at least. I think the DVD should be pretty awesome if they add what I think was there back in again. There was a lot of “1984” feel to it – so if you don’t like that kind of thing, you may not like it. Well worth seeing, if nothing else, to talk about some of it’s core issues whether or not you believe in the way the movie handled them.
oooooh no. No way. They must continue to be punished for Matrix 2 and 3.
whoever goes to see it next can use this line in the theatre, I’m not going to need it. At the part where Natalie Portman is sobbing while getting her head shaved yell out “OH women ALWAYS bitch about their haircut and blame the stylist afterward!”
