    Oh Lord. This thesis has come as many times as it has been contradicted. This is pure nonsense. Eat a healthy, balanced diet and do regular sports. Everything else remains irrelevant.

    +Stephan Uebelhör If it were completely true I'd be three sizes bigger than what I am. However, one thing I think they get right is the tendency to eat less healthy food when you are up late — which, regardless of when you eat, it's gonna get 'ya.

    The amount of calories one takes in counts. Not when one eats. Period. If eating late is blamed, it's more because of the potato chips in front of TV one eats late.
