It's a giant hunk of foam for his son's archery. He's been looking for a different top for his jeep, though, so when +Kristi Fahlsing and I rode up, I was like, "What the heck?!"

Actually with the stump there, the load on his jeep and Keith, seemingly a bystander on his bike, he looks like a plainclothes bike officer calling in a potential driving hazard and theft.
Maybe somebody will tell Keith — hardtop; you're doing it wrong.
