Okay, enlightened, not glowing. 😉 But +Carter Gibson is one of the van guard of users I met when I first joined Google+. He's a very interactive guy and done a lot for the community. If you are into G+ and know what the TED talks are all about, it's worth taking a moment to see what the BIL conference is all about.
