Check these folks out; many are the people I watched and learned from when I first got on Google+, Carter especially. You'll resonate with some more than others, but that's part of the beauty of finding your way here — the amount of good people to get involved with that are willing to spend some time back with you too. I'm trying not to just parrot everything Carter said, but darn it, he said it best. Circling them assures a better stream.

Engagers are better than power users. Power users just post often and are shared for their dedication to posting, but not for their dedication to actually talking to you. I'm not so sure that's the best way to share. The people in this circle not only have a wide variety of quality posts, but have built a community they're dedicated to bringing new people into. They're consistant, thoughtful, and many of them I consider my real life friends. Circling them assures a better stream.
